Companies now need to prove that the employees that they send to the US on H-1B visas have “specific and no speculative qualifying assignments in a speciality occupation” for the entire visa period. Toi posted this article!

True.. its happening for h1 transfers as well.. my colleagues h1b txer got denied saying he has to stay with original company whos h1 validity is still available until the validity gets completed

Okka vishayam mathram nijam....ilanti rules vasthayi/konni already vachaayi kuda, as system is heading towards a major collapse...once after that collapse, everything will be piece of cake like olden days. Unfortunately, ee collapse period lo unnavallu bali kaka thappadhu...
