already GC parent ki undi mana addr to. manamu sponsor ayite, mana addr maarinapudu, ar11(online) and also I-865(for sponsor), both submit cheyyaala? or only both required when a case is pending?

Anyone who is not a citizen (that includes Permanent Residents) need to file AR-11 when address changes.

for US citizens you need to file i-865  if you have ever filed an i-864 aka affidavit of support to sponsor an immigrant, i-865 needs to be filed within 30 days of move. you need to to file i-865 every time you move until the person you sponsored has become US citizen or has worked for 40 quarters (10 years) or died or left US permanently
