2. Not everyone applies in premium, not everyone applies before 6 months.. it's all their comfort & situation demand.

Basic ga oka application padesthe, you can work for 8 months ani feeling kavachu. Most companies dont offer premium processing and their legal team has backlog so they dont initiate the process well in advance to file it 6 months prior to expiry of I-94

its not easy to have PO extended so early on for many people, clients hardly give a 6 month extension,  based on the new rules, they need extended PO for atleast an year and beyond.. anduke its tricky to apply too early, risky if waiting too late... 2 edged sword
