Guys - did you guys face this situation.

My BC is going on right now but one of my old company (Indian consulting) is asking Hireright to provide my current role, company and salary i am being offered to get the verification done ?

This is totally weird and How to handle this ?

may be nee pay avi ivi telusukoni ninnu black mail chesdhaamani plan emo... hireright should not reveal all those to old company... its against law.. BTW who told they asking ani

inform ur new HR saying that...no need to provide my salary details and position details to my previous employers.
