How Success is murthy law firm for H1-RFE they are charging 4k

Do we need to invest 4k for this? How successful getting approval 

Any suggestions of other lawyers?

Basically they are well versed in immigrations esp H1b h4 GC and all

 

also 4k ani mee employer cheppadaa  or u spoke to the firm ? and they wont take up the case if risk

bro exactly same RFE for me also employer-employee, itinary of services,specality occupaton . are you on CPT or opt. my employer also given my case to murthy lw firm .

I think 4K is reasonable.

 

My company attorney said external counsel charges 3.5K per RFE. so $500 premium because they are MURTHY

Simple RFE ane cheppadu anta bhayya but we already put all the paper work but I thinkwe have to put the paper work again. did you put all the papaer work before like client letter ,Purchase order  between client and vendor and between vendor and employer also.

remember onus is on you to prove EE and SO parts, every iteration lo anni cover cheyali..there is no way we can ask him to trace back old documentation that was provided earlier
