2012 lo oka friend ki STEM OPT deny aindi unemployment valla, appudu oka attorney tho matladam baga knowledgeable anipinchindi 4k tho MTR chesaru and success aindi. So looks like it is pure luck when it comes to murthy nyayavadulu

Idhi basic RFE kaadhu bro, maa department lo iddaru denied on the same RFE and close friend kooda denied but thana I-94 is still valid so inko petition vesadu. Money gurunchi alochinchaku. May be inko attorney $3k ki chesthadu emo, murthy vaadi tho velthe 100% success avvakapoyeena you will have better chances with their experience of answering RFEs. Good Luck

Nenu RFE for speciality occupation padagane ade pani chesa without answering RFE and got approved . Andaru paisal waste annaru but i didnt risk and got approved. Stamping kuda done.

Maname paisal pettukunte inka should be stubborn...ma employer wasn't supportive too. I had bitter arguments. This is career for us. Inko dani ki compromise avvachu but not in immigration matters.

4k na i remember i spend around 2.5K 4 years back for MTR, and 2 years ago i paid 800 for just RFE processing ghoranga pencharu kada rates....demand ni batti l@njal penchinatu
