neeku receipt notice vashtadi mail lo, 7-10 days lo, if you apply immediately.

Receipt notice vasthe you are safe, appudu nee status H4 (pending). You cann't start working until you get H4-EAD card in mail.

my friend had same issue 

hw went to attorney  

 first get some a admission in university 

then apply for sevis reinstatement 

then apply for opt with 2nd masters
