let me explain to u what happened to me....this is way before trump nominated for the president...back in 2015,

changed project, applied extension with a new role since client will give client letter as per their rules, so instead of programmer analyst i had xxxx role in client place.

got rfe since my roles and responsibilities for that officer doesn't look like that this role xxxx will be doing this instead BA's will be doing the responsilibities highlighted, answered the query and got rejected.

two days left on i94, applied with the same employer, same docs, same lca and just removed the responsibilites he highlighted in the previous client letter which doesnt seems like he liked it, shipped overnight, again rfe regarding education and employee and employer relationship, this time stronger attorney and good fees for him, took almost 6 weeks and replied, approved with flying colorss

dont know y first time got rejected and second time got approved, step forward to future which is dec 2017, applied extension with old client letter where he pointed that my role and responsibility is wrong (by mistake), got the same client letter....applied extension in premium, approved in 5 days for 3 years,

 

so what i have to say is if u have luck, u will survive or else no....

Nope . They wanted documentation from client they need someone with degree in computer science . They wanted detailed advertisement of requirement and skill set mentioning they need someone with degree . 

They also asked why they wanted some one with masters degree .

WITCH companies ki rod padtundi.. Mestris and FTEs are mostly safe. But almost 75% cases ki edo oka RFE padtundi. As long as you submit proper documentation you should be fine.
