felt the same.. when visited Atlanta, Cumming..  BUt is US, we already had the same with Jewish, Amish communities.. sticking to 1 area among themselves as majority crowd..

I think they may change it, but they should at least allocate 50% of availability to backlogged countries (backlog more than 2 years or something)
