Dental implantation for parents

Ma father ki full mouth implantation cheyali, How safe is that? Doctor said it is safe but when I read some articles in google they are saying the metal they use during implant may cause some diseases like infection, cancer etc.. Does someone has any idea on this or any suggestions. Thanks in advance!

Just called one of my friend who is a dentist in bay area. She said its better to take multiple sittings. First sittings lo for molar as they determine most of our chewing ani. 

 

But please do take other opinions too.

Yes bro, Multiple sittings chestaru anta. Doctor said whole process is about 3-4 months. But worrying the side effects of the metals they use and wanted to know what type of metal is good to use. I read titanium  is good one but might cause cancer for some patients.

Yes doctor also said whole process would take about 3-4 months.
