Found a new alternative to Gatorade... Nuun tablets.. bagunnai try cheyyandi.

Gatorade lo too much sugar and lesser electrolytes compared to Nuun. 

You can get a 10 tablet pack for about $5 so its 50 cents a drink.

coconut water best ...lekka pothe sea salt and lemon kalipi water thagatam better.. if you are looking for electrolytes
