L-1B Extension

Ee Roju ma office lo okathanu L-1B Extension deny ayyi vellipoyadu. Don't know him much to get complete details. 

 

Background: I-94 expired in December and extension applied in regular processing. Changed to Premium 4 months ago and then got an RFE. Responded to RFE 15 days ago and then received denial. 

 

Not sure what the RFE was about

But the trend in Big Companies is, you come on L1 and then change to H-1B (you will have 4-5 attempts) or you come on OPT and then change to H-1B. You will have 2-3 attempts
