Lca Wage Vs W2 - Please Please help

Hello DB Members , Next month H1b Stamping Undi , below are my concerns and questions please please help 

 

-----> Naku Hourly pay istadu like ( Number of Hours *  Payrate ) , which will vary month to month as you know and no bonus anything like that.

Last Year W2 lo 125 K run ayyindi , But na LCA lo 100k untadi

 

1)  ippudu Visa Officer what is your salary antey should i tell LCA wage or W2 wage , W2 wage chepdam antey ma vadu started deducting for paccha card and Extension, After this  now from last 2 months i am getting 105K when we calculate yearly.

2) Visa Officer W2 lo LCA kanna ekkuva undi anni adigithey em cheppali , As Naku Hourly pay istadu like ( Number of Hours *  Payrate ) , No Bonus and it will keep changing month to month.

3) Also if they ask u work hourly or yearly antey em cheppali

 

Please help with your suggestions.

You should always tell Pay which is on H1b petition . Oka cover letter which is attested lo untundi describing project details and Pay . That is the one you should tell .

as long as LCA kanna ne pay ekkuva unte..no issues  they wont ask.. deadline unna project ekkuva work undhi ...we had to work extra hours ani cheppu..

performance related incentives ani chepte chaalu..most of the companies are doing this way

LCA pay will be salary and it will be constant, performance incentives are variable and depends on number of hours you work

Mee employer stamping ki theesekelle docs lo oka offer letter lantidhi isthadu. Daantlo nee annual pay mention chestharu, adhi chepthe chaalu.

go by ur offer letter.. offer letter lo emundo adi cheppu.. lekuntey discrepencies meda query vesthadu. i always went by offer letter numbers till now.

Say if you joined company 5 years back offer letter lo it could be 90k but currently it could be more  say 110k . Current compensation is mentioned in cover letter of H1b application which could be more than lca and w2 . Anduke cover letter lo mentioned  salary stamping lo cheptaru. If you get promotions or working more hours your w2 fluctuates . 

W2 - your wage for last year not current.

LCA- min salary or wage employer should be paying say level 2 wage
