Once again Telangana region and especially Hyderabad is getting into the real estate downtrend as TRS winning the by elections started showing its side effects on realtors of Hyderabad. Just at the moment when world wide economical doom started to travel towards a surging boom, Telangana Effect is to change the equations more than what was expected.

Already a fall of prices in land rates between 15 to 25% is reported with stagnation of real time financial dealings. Now, the fresh buzz in the market is that Hyderabad Pride lanco hills of Lagadapati family has come onto the sale in open market and big players are trying for acquisition of entire property.

Former Maha Cement major share holders who accumlated good money by selling their stake recently (later acquired Happy Homes) are front runners to win the lanco hills. As a first step towards disinvesting lanco hills, their corporate headquarters is already known to have been shifted from Hyderabad to Gurgaon.

Pochendra, CEO of lanco hills has made anything clear about their future strategy but Sale of lanco hills has become the major topic in real estate market of Hyderabad showing the Telangana Effect on Hyderabad real estate.

Media reports say that, Lagadapati Rajagopal and Co. are planning to sell of all the major properties in Hyderabad as formation of Telangana is almost imminent with yesterdays by poll results.

So, folks please be aware of volatility of Real Estate in Hyderabad in coming days.
