Been researching on how to prep the applction to avd the pechalty occupation qury

Konni rojula kritham post esa , but no tmuch responses.. so after speaking to multiple attorneys ... this is what I found..might help

1 ... Progr Analyst title especially code 15-1121 15-1131 is tough .. got to mve to 15-1132 , dont let ur emplyer say ..we r getting approvals since long on 15-1131...Time schanged ( especially people who dont code like SAP functional , reporting tools , SAS...and so on)

2. Job description should be as detailed as possible , inclue all the tehcnologies..

3. If the employer job description asks fr masters , that will help

4. Make sure the Job descriptions are same across the full application - attrneys and emlpyers mess this up big time.. remember no one else is more concerned abt ur application that yourself

5. Apply well ahead of time... if smthing risky happens ... sometimes just applying with everything same also get approved..

6. Wage level - try to be level 4

7. Ma employer choosuntadu ani vadaloddu ...you take ocntrol of teh whole processs... nenu past application packets chostey boothulu unnay

8. Prepare the application with this qn in mind - if i put it this way , if i get a query can I justify

ha ha...yep.. level 4 is 88 K in many metros..like many there are exceptions like Bay area but then salaries are more

level 2 higher end ninchi safe.. dont need level 4

15-1132 is higher pay than 15-1131.. so beware experience ki related ga undaakli
