Speciality occupation has nothing to do with your degree/major. It's about what the job requires. You will have to justify what you do and why your job needs a degree

1) Detailed description of job duties with % of time spent on each one.

2) Profile of few colleagues in the job position similar to that of mine having same degree as I have.

3) Job postings of the similar positions in the company's career site where my degree is required.

4) Job postings of the similar positions in other companies' career site where my degree is required. 

5) A letter from the HR stating the details of your project.

6) Details regarding how are you being supervised for each and every job responsibility. 

7) Pay stubs, Office ID and other supporting documents confirming your affiliation to the company.

I got the same thing and even I have computers degree .... I did some documentation for speciality occupation relating my requirement.... Mine got approved on June 26th...... and its cali...let me know if you need any help.....

Speciality occupation is not about you. It is about your client or company need of hiring a speciality worker. Mainly if that job profile or requirement need a candidate a person who is a skilled worker.

Ni job requirement needs a skilled worker ani documentation pettali. Client adi ivvali. Naku padindi and i work on a security clearance project so client didnt give me any documentation.

Expert evaluation cheyinchi manager ni oka email adddukoni ( he helped though he doesn't have to ) kotha petition vesukunna without answering prev RFE. approved for 3 years stamping ki kuda poyi vacha .

Requirement kavali posted by client andulo min degree in CS required  ani undali. A ad manavallu ichi chavaru. A ad unte saripotundi.

Bros, just want to update on my case.. I got an approval but chala short vachindil three months ee echadu.. so malli documentation petti malli permium lo file chesinaa.. aped malli three years ki vachindil all happiniess now.. but chala denials vastunaye ee madhya..all the best to everyone..
