Bro naadi H1-B third extension (6 years completed) next year vundi June lo... as of now premium is not any more when can i ask my employer to file my extension ? Even client letter is NOT giving at my place. what are the chances of approving H1's without client letter now a days. Please let me know if any body in the same situation.. Quote
