but some parts of city are bad..because of homeless people

homeless vallaki shelter kattina..they come back and settle in different neighborhood in the city.

and the new mayor looks like she is stepping up things..but too early to call.

Turk and Leavenworth interesection ki vellu I saw a homeless guy inserting a needle into his dick once. You can also find urine, human excrement all the above on the streets there. 

Tenderloin disctrict ani google cheyi, I lived in Tender Knob which is only slightly better but used to bike around this area. So I know.

they are in San jose and South Bay.

1) If you can not pay your rent, you have no protection whatsoever - Capitalism

2) The closing of psychiatric hospitals led to many mental patients going on the streets, without the care or medicine they need.

3) SFO, being notoriously gay-friendly, is a very popular destination for run-away LGBT youth after they leave or are thrown out of their conservative household

4) Great Weather.  You see this in other warm West Coast cities like Vancouver.  You might get really cold, but you'll probably never freeze to death SFO.  Also, it doesn't get hot during the summer, so you're not frequently questing for shade and clean water.
