get a fitbit watch with HR and sleep tracker, if this happens again. you have data to prove what i am saying

such things happen when your body is not smoothly transitioning into various stages of sleep (Light, Deep, REM)

do meditation for 10 mins before sleep, this is clean up your mind and will not influence your sleep
