Personal and Financial information hacked

the hospital where i had treatment sent me a mail saying my information was part of many patients information that was hacked 

they said it is unfortunate and they cant say what is the financial implications 

now they are giving complimentary credit monitoring for 12 months 

i am very upset and thinking talking ro lawyer 

 

did any one faced this situation

lite emaithadi em kadu... nee credit card cancel chesi kothadi theesko... sathakoti lingallo nuvvoka bodi lingam vi.... everyone's data can be easily obtained by someone in this world...

it is not credit card , it is SSN

go to ssn office , fill a form a form they give new ssn, show the email proof... nu happy ga undu...

the only thing I need to know is you last name, phone number, date of birth , optional ga first name
