80% of population sadness reason is money. Agree that money is not a big deal but our daily life revolve around this agree or not,

I am not biased but I say Boys father has responsbility through out the life where as girls father only has till marriage. 

Marriage ayaka kastam vasthe now a days no girl parent will help or lend money 90%  its the boys father who is ready to put his head in marvadi shop to get his son and his wife
