There are few ways.

1, to get a L1 visa and that speeds up process for green card .

2, to join PhD and that speeds up the process for gc.

Above two is based on the country of birth.

There is another way to wait for Trump tathayya to announce something for UK and us correlation. What this means is we may get a new kind of visa which permits us to work and live and also ease up the gc for us ignoring the country of birth.
