I replaced mine (X1) at 27k miles...okati flat tire ayithe had to get done all 4 at showroom..costed 1200$. Mine is leased vehicle....malli return time lo lolli enduku ani went to showroom directly...if you own the car and u need to get only run flat then walmart or cotsco is best bet..u will have deals for buying all 4 at once..like buy 3 get 1 free

it also depends on your tire rating. by any means 25k is too less milege to change tires.. 40k to 50k should be reasonable miles to change

snow place lo unte All-season better...if ur car is 4wheel drive whcih i think is.

I have changed my BMW tires twice at Costco each time i paid around 550+ Bridgestone Run flat tires for all 4 tires. Even if they dont have in stock they will order it. Also they give warranty for 60K miles.

I usually change mine every 40K-50K miles and I usually buy them at Sams Club...I had my car since 5 years and I have changed my tires 3 times and only used Michellin Tires (buy 3 and get 1 free) and costed $400-$500 for all 4 tires and installation...
