GC process question

I am working full time for a US bank for about an year and they are ready to start GC process, but I have plans to move.
Just in case I want to wait to get I -140 and get H4 EAD if possible, how long the process takes?

I mean is there any need to wait for 6months for labour certificate and is there any premium option available?

vallu ippudu start cheste..nuvvu docs collect chesi..me legal dept job posting finalise chesi..PERM application submit chesenta varaku oka 6-7 months padtadi.

and PERM approve avvadaniki inko 6 months....no premium processing available.

and then 140 ..premium undi...but first regular lo ne vestunnaru chala mandi..that takes around 8 months..

overall ga u r looking at good 2 year term with them..

Prevailing wage determination - 3 months

recruitment period  and calm period - 2months

Labor approval- 6months (others can give an exact timeline)

140 application - if prem- 2 weeks.. else 6months min

plan to move to where..

you should have 140 approved with a company before you move anywhere

mee current employer file chestunte.. why do you even need to move

current situation lo H4 EAD is the best option.. adi inka undi

once your GC Labor (9089) is approved, you have 6 month validity to file 140, ante kaani 6 month wait cheyamani kaadu

file labor now >> 3-4 months approval >> file 140 normal 8 months/prem 15 days

as you have FT.. dont plan to move to any cconsultancies

Oka 1-2 years esuko. 1 year if you are lucky. 2 years on average

140 Premium lo chesaru colleague ki 2 weeks lo ne vachindi

Total from Scratch Sept 2017 lo cheste July 2018 ki 140 undi mari.

There is only i-140 process, GC is irrelevant
