Suggestion - Job

I am currently working on a project with  federal client. Security clearance 6c is in process. Tech stack is good but i am bored with project as work is no more exciting also remote from 9 months so chiraku vachesindi but after speciality occupation query and all visa approve ayyi stamping ki velli vacha and approved for 3 yrs.

Previous client lo architect  May lo called me and asked if interested in FT. FT ayite interested ani interview tesukunna with same team panel and after two rounds of interview and negotiations about pay package and benefits they orally told me i will get offer letter from HR but at that point senior manager (desi) valla nephew resume ichi interview cheyamannadu and obviously he was hired. E architect aey  it didn't work because of reference memu ninne tesukomani suggested dont take it personally ani cheppadu. I raised hopes and went for stamping just because i didn't want my H1b validity to decrease to 1 year because of h1b transfer.  Light tesukunna and after a week they called and asked me to come for consulting position in same role but naku koncham ego hurt ayindi that all this happened unprofessionally so pay bavunna kuda security clearance potundi ani light tesukunna. I told them i am not okay with rate. 

30 mins back malla manager mailed me vastava inko role undi i will make sure rate will work and it would be long term unless there are budget issues ayina kuda i will inform you before meanwhile FT position open ayite we will take you ani. E client tech stack is amazing and i loved work there but have two things in mind.

1. Malla amendment gola

2. E mess taruvata same team ki work cheyadam good idea na? 

3. Clearance really useful ? What am i going to lose not having it ? 

Sorry for my big essay but i appreociate suggestions.  I still didn't respond to manager.  Is it good to go back under H1b mess happening and also with team where i was little hurt because of what happened previously?

simple thing, since your ego is hurt.. dont take it unless you get an assurance in writing from manager that they will take you as contract to hire with hiring in a definite duration and while replying BCC HR.

There is no position open as of now so he cannot promise FT at the moment . As a contractor i don't think i will show it on team and that's not my attitude.  Team em cheyaledu kuda it was reference from Sr. Manager vallem cheyagalaru ?  Nenu uncomfortable ga feel avuta max  but chudali.

Managers say like that bcoz of the project requirement

Once budget or issues come they don't care

It is their requirement for now after that 

God knows what they decide

N about the team if they are ok fine otherwise if you think they may createpbm by remembering the past

Intlonchi 9 months cheyadam is Jail ...occassionally working from home will be amazing.  A learning new tech exploring with be good in that old client anduke thinking..Thanks for the suggestion
