Really is it necessary to move out of Federal project  and which is in process security clearance almost Federal projects are FT jobs only .You  are  looking  at outside because  of WFH option. Once it's cleared they will ask to come to office .

At  your previous company  requiement is there with so calling you and remember budget issues is not there in  hands and for any reasons they may end up says with budget issues only. Its not at all wise decision leaving Federal project  which is more to FT. And you are having stuff you can get FT job  with little effort.  

As per me there is no need to think offer about your previous company convey clearly that Security clearance is in process so you can't come at this time ..

They didn’t send me last time too . Better offer ki nene manesa though Pay rate penchutam ante kuda  quit chesa . They wrote amazing recommendations too .  

Akkada client lo I wasn’t doing stereo type work but R &D chesa . POC projects chesa and we changed to new tech stack based on my POC’s . I would do similar work even now and that would be interesting than working on Same spring hibernate sodhi which I am workin from years . Nenu kothavi nerchukunta . 

Budget issue to pikeyadam e client lo kuda avvachu kada ? I have 3 months extensions and entire team voting batti manager decides extensions every time . Guarantee will not be there any where for job in contracting .

I told them i am not okay with rate. 

30 mins back malla manager mailed me vastava inko role undi i will make sure rate will work and it would be long term unless there are budget issues ayina kuda i will inform you before meanwhile FT position open ayite we will take you ani. E client tech stack is amazing and i loved work there but have two things in mind.

1. Malla amendment gola

2. E mess taruvata same team ki work cheyadam good idea na? 

3. Clearance really useful ? What am i going to lose not having it ? 

Sorry for my big essay but i appreociate suggestions.  I still didn't respond to manager.  Is it good to go back under H1b mess happening and also with team where i was little hurt because of what happened previously?

Yeah I love that place , team , work and also not able to work from home here. I am losing interest and focus day by day . Daily work from home sucks . I am joining all crap classes to just get out of the house .
