Ehchh One Visa stamping

I work full-time for a company. My old visa expired last year October and got a new extension for 3 years from last year October. When i asked for arranging Stamping appointment to my employer, they scheduled an interview...

However, as it is within 1 year, I thought i'm eligible for dropbox and requested my employer to schedule drop box, and they scheduled it?

 

What happens if I'm not eligible for Dropbox and if I still scheduled it? First of all is it possible to schedule that way

Please shed some light on this
