Fact check based on this news article : 

@psycopk claims, Indigo has agreed to start singapore-amaravati airline service from August 27th or September 2. Also, there is clear information in the news article that Indigo will operate '60 seater' aircraft 2-3 times a week. 

Fact check on Indigo Airlines : Indigo Airlines operate only one type of fleet, Airbus A320 series, combination of A320's, A321's and NEO's which has standard configuration of 180 passengers.

Again, ie clearly says in the news article that , APADCL...Andhra Pradesh Aviation Development Corporation Limited has given green signal for Indigo Airlines to operate a 60 seater flight service thrice to Singapore.

APADCL is not a regulatory authority neither nodal authority to permit airlines to fly international.

Indigo has 8 ATR 72-600 series which have 74 seater capacity.

These airlines have a limit and basically used to connect tier-2 cities and usually flying time is less than 90 mins for most of these aircraft, however, these aircraft have a limit to travel upto 3 hours.

But, these ATR 72's are turbo propeller aircraft and present regulations over Indian ocean permit the only aircraft with the minimum of two jet engines, essentially ruling out international service of 4 hours flight and these turbo propeller aircraft have weight limits and a flying ceiling limit as well as baggage carrying space.
