I have neighbor who is amaerican chitizen who recently cleared real estate agency training and he is looking for helping people buy homes.. here is the amount of money is he is willing give back as part of closing ..

 

66% for homes over $450k..

65% for home 350k to 449k

 

he is looking for people. so he wanted to spread word... if you are interested using him please pm me.. i will share his contact details also pass on your details to him..

he will do all paperwork also digitally so very hassle free. he recently closed few homes in northville mi and also few homes in IL also.

I know in this forum lot of people either looking to buy home soon or already planning to close soon.. so thought of sharing this very useful info.. when i closed my home, i got 11k part of closing very very useful in setting up furniture also closing the gap between my actual price and value of house by inspection... so it might be similar scenario for many ...kickkk backkk really helps ... as person who went through jumbo mortgage closing i know the pain..

Just for people clarity how kickk bacck things work I will post here..

 

When buyers agent signs paper work usually they get 3% of house price..it's base price if u are building new..for example 600k house..builder pays 18k to buyer agent..then 18k 66% this agent will pay u back as part of closing cost..i.e kick back will be 11,880$..lot of people make promises but u have to go to  a very reliable agents otherwise later during closing time they will cheat..some Desi real estate agents say I will pay after 2 months..then they send only half of what we supposed get..then they will say u can scold me if u like..but this is all I can pay..few of my friends lost money like that..I went to proper person I got 11,800 kickkback..helped me a lot during move in time .

Initially I put vegely 66% or 65% as most people going through home buying know that it's 65% of that 3% commission on house base price..

Many agents take just 1.5K or 2K max if you are buying from Builder or have already shortlisted the home.
