Afaik - pd accounts valla avineethi jarigindhi ani guarantee lehdu.. they will spend accordingly but em spend cheyaka alaa unte ne gov dhaggara paisal leka vere appu thechukoni dhaniki interests kattalsi osyjdunhi even though gov have money in pd accounts. It’s not corruption it’s improper governance
