Few factors valla nenu back out ayyanu.

For you i am suggesting below things.

start up company evaridi.?

How well you know the business?

How much time you can spend to see their progress.?

Will you be available to meet them atleast weekly basis.?

Start up companies lo invest cheyali ante we need to have very high trust on the owners. We need to believe when they say in numbers.

Can you afford to loose all ? What is the market for the product? When will it launch? Ilantivi think chey. Do they give you right to decision making?

right now 2millon anadu.. project live time ki 6 million company value anadu.. akkade koncham nammadam kastam ga undhi..

I would see the TEAM in the start up. Find how they are working, full time committed TEAM unte fine, but  STEALTH MODE ( 9-5 regular job, 8-12 & weekends Startup work) , i donot prefer. And see how many years they have been doing this work. New product, development stage lo unte, check their marketing strategy. Already product go live ayithe, they are raising funds for marketing, which they have strategized during the development itself, which is not, that is why they are raising funds now. I prefer not to invest post go live. 

And if this is ur first time investment, i would suggest DO IT, ---> Learn later. How not to invest in startups.
