My employer pays for my health insurance 

everytime i  visit specilist doctor i have to pay 100 as my copay 

urgent care aitay 50$ can anyone let me know what to do to

3 weeks vist cheyali doctor ni consider  3weeks 100$ 

vadu iche prescription na insurance cover cheaydu  

EOD i have to pay 50$ for 3 weeks  for my prescription 

inka naku insurance undi em labham  

monthly nenu 200$ pay chestunna

e desam lo health system ni anni rakaluga 10bettar. oka sari insurance lekunda prescriptions try cheyyu. some insurances have middlemen called PBM (pharmacy benefit manager), so you end up in paying more if you gone thru your insurance.

middlemen, they make and decide the plans

recently watched episode in PBS hour about PBM. They showed some examples -one guy paid less if he purchased prescriptions with out insurance. PBM gallu commison 10gutar anukunta.
