10$ hourly hike worth to switch job?

i was giving interviews and got selected for a role which is paying 10$ more than what i am currently getting. I am thinking if it is worth to switch. 10$ hike also increased my commute.

20000$ a year ....So 13.5k per year which in turn 10 lakhs per annum its like Indian 5 years exp guy working day and night 365 days before tax money, also currently anyone parents still working for same salary, 

again  It depends on how much you are making. if you are making 120K per annnum and this will hike by 10$ then its good but if you are getting 200k then not worth.

almost 21k ekkuva current salary kantey.. its a good opportunity.. but think about other factors too.. 

if you are on non-immigrant work visa check whether the company is helpful and supportive in handling the process. 

Future growth

Commute (if it increases by another 10 to 15 miles  .. then not bad.. if its over an hour then check whether the company offers atleast 30% Teleworking .
