Based on the info you provided its not related to your eductioon first part you can prove by documentation from your employer and client coming to second part you need expert opinion letter. By the way It experience ekkuva unte eduction evaluation chepinchochu they will prove you have similar qualifications as bachelors in informatics...

Speciality Occupation - Strong Client letter with all the job responsibilities as listed in LCA. The letter should also say, it requires a minimum of Bachelors degree Science, Computers or related field.

Third party education evaluation cheyipinchali, mee attorney and legal team knows that.

Your legal team only asks for the things that you have to provide and they take care of the other items.

Empolyer - Employee is a very common in any RFE. 

Don't worry. Review RFE-response summary on your end couple of times before sending.

as you have EE and SO E F R's, its a double whammy for sure

assam ki ticket konukkoni ready ga undadam emi tappu ledu, but you should take it challenge and see what you can submit to avoid boarding that train, ekkalo vaddo vaadu elago decide chestadu kada

EE : its easy to prove by showing timesheets, some performance appraisals, health insurance card, payroll profile, W2 etc, attorneys have great experience on this one by now, so no issues

SO: nee client letters lo nee degree kit agattu (science/engineering/tech) ani pettinatlu unnavu, anduke trigger ayindi ee E F R

if the job is SO in CS, you need to prove you have body of knowledge on the same field either by proving your academics or equivalent of experience comparable to lack of academics (every 3 yrs of work experience is treated as 1 yr academic qualification, 12 yrs of CS experience is equal to 4 yrs bachelors CS in US)

the above is the safest scenario to get out of SO

other alternative is to prove you academic knowledge is helping your to do current SO job, ante biotech lo nuvvu chaduvukunna "process engineering" ni "software process engineering" ki ela marchavo explain chesyalanna maata.. chaala tricky
