First become a FT employee in what ever tech you are working. Then certifications rayi PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO . Then can go that line. Contracting lo undi kashtaha...nenu try chesi vadilesa as pay rates are very bad.  Just manager avvalante ok opportunity vastundi but present job kanna hike + alane management role kick kavaalante FT is the route.

 

PS: Present market situation lo Technical side undadam safe than management side.
