emanna manchi brand suggest chei double rye lo...... nenu first time rye thaaginapudu shop odni adiga suggest cheyyamani, he gave me wild turkey adi masthu cheap but i liked it very much.... after that i tried few other brands and didnt get disappointed with any of them....

Being in America, I urge you to shift from Single malt /scotch to Bourbon and Rye whiskeys..

I have shifted from Singlemalt... I enjoy Bourbon a lot. 

$50 Bourbons are - Elmer T lee(hard to find), Blantons SiB(some areas hard to find), Stagg JR, ElijahCraig BarrelProof (A117,B518,C917), Weller12(hard to find), Rock hill farms (hard to find), Weller Antique 107 Storepick(some are had to find), Weller Special Reserve(easy find). 

You should drink bourbon neat to enjoy the flavors.. you cannot should not mix with water and Ice at all.... you can do that after 3 sips of neat. I started liking the high proofs..rather than 90 proofs.

Ryes- Sazerac Rye, Michters Straight Rye, Whistlepig (slightly expensive), highwest double rye, MidWintersNightDram(70-100 range, hard to find),pikesville(good..easy find)

to be honest some pricey whiskeys are more worth the value. I dont drink with bunch of people... I drink only with people who value their drink too.. cant stand people who mix coke and soda with whiskey anymore
