Instead, CBN wants to pay interest on the money raised by issuing bonds ? Is he an Idiot for life ? Borrowing from ADB or JICA or perhaps from those chinese guys will be much cheaper and such type of loans come with additional technology bind up from other countries which can better used to build.

Without a doubt, these guys have invested in the form of institutional investment under FDI to buy government-backed bonds. 

The investors are very clever investors. They must have formed a group and as you know, this bond was in the talks for almost two years which gave them enough time to come together and plan the finances from offshore to route through the tax heaven to dalal street to pick up these bonds.

These people are the same ones who have an inside idea of what's going on in the market with respect to Amaravati.

and remember, Amaravati is a huge real estate block of 33,000 acres clear titile land. Nowhere in India, we have such a huge tract of land clear of disputes.

India is a country where we cannot afford to build cities. We can only develop cities.

This CBN asshole is such an idiot, has killed the entire state and had taken back to dark ages. Much worst than what it was in 1956.

and KIA assembly plant in Anantapur cannot answer for all the mess CBN has created.

just polemics. I don't know the details of these bonds. I don't care. but bilding a city with money from capital markets has never ended well.

CBN seems to be in a hurry to make sure his backers get regular income after he's kicked out of office.

That loan will have to restructured by the next CM. It'll all be a huge mess.
