#2. Old employer tho...i140 approved...new employer GC process start cheyyala compulsory ga ?

Let say even though manam good term lo leave chesina, if old employer cancel i140 with in 2 months before we leave.

Can we port the date with new employer?

what if by the time of we start i140 with new employer we got to know our old petition is revoked, can we go ahead and process new i140.

Once i-140 approve ayithe PERM date will stick with you. 

Old employer I-140 status tho new Employer I-140 ki sambandam ledu. Nee H1B expire avakunda chusuko. If after 6 years of use of H1B renewal time ki nee chethilo oka approved I-140 undali.
