Hinduism ani kaadu kaani...that is belief in faith...belief is the strongest encouragement of a man's hope, chese prathi pani meeda nammakam ...suppose edaina illu kattemundu panta ese mundu pooja chestaar that is because he has a positive hope on that work and that positive hope will build confidence in that person.  same with small business owners, movie openings etc...
