I know everything about cloud, but still I have this question

Microsoft said today they will move applications to cloud, I had 2 questions to them . 

They said they will get back to me on Monday.

Questions below -

 

1. No problem moving to cloud but how does water vapor can hold 1000 pounds application server.

2. When it rains, the application might fall down. So how about insurance?
