Popular Post Android_Halwa Posted August 17, 2018 Popular Post Report Posted August 17, 2018 Green cards are now distant dreams. EB-2 after 2012/13 can take it easy. It's better they depend on their children to sponsor for a green card 21 years later, That too if there is still scope for such a thing 21 years later or else, forget it. Next 6 years will be very tough with the present regime. infact, prepare for the worst which is about to come when Trump becomes President for second term. ipativaraku chusindi just samples ae...second term first year and second year manaki narakame ie desham la. cissna,trump,sessions....vella regime ayipoyevaraku ediri chudadame thapa chesedi pedaga emi ledu.....kismat ka khel pe bharosa rakh ke chalo.. 3 Quote

Android_Halwa Posted August 17, 2018 Report Posted August 17, 2018 There may be interviews at all the stages going further, like changing from F1 to H1 etc. Existing H1b's may get much tougher to get an extension and OPT guys, now stands a slim chance to get on to h1b faily easily. Going further, a third of the applications will be consular processing ones. We may get to see the length of application time to be an average of an year... Right now, I-140 seems to be fair policy and smooth one, going forward it would get much tougher to get i-140 approval. May more to come.... Quote
