Y Vinukonda re? are you betting on Jaggai beoming CM and movieng Capitol to Darsi/Vinukonda area?  I heard from my colleague (he is from Darsi).. the prices are high rocketing again in that area..

Not the actual capitol though...

The rumor is - Jaggai & Co already bought lands in Darsi area, prior to Amaravathi declared as capitol region. If Jaggai becomes CM, Darsi area will be diverted some of the developments.
