Hyderabad Metro touches1 lakh ridership

Hyderabad Metro ridership is increasing each day and it touched a new high of 1.07 lakh passengers on Thursday. 

Apart from the terminal stations of Miyapur, Nagole and Ameerpet, the maximum travellers were from KPHB, Uppal, JNTU and Secunderabad.

Ameerpet interchange station saw the highest number of passengers plying with 13,757 people entering and 12,839 exiting.

Officials attribute this to new high to traffic congestion near Erragadda, where civic body is taking up road repair activity. HMRL MD Mr NVS Reddy said, “It was 1.07 lakh total ridership and 98,000 paid passengers on Thursday.”

That’s must and should. Ie route to elago metro vundi, there is no point to run the buses and congest the roads. Kastha inconvenience vundochu passengers ki but looking from a confession point of view, it’s better to remove the buses in this route.225,218 routes peeki padeyalsinde. 

So much fuel will be saved and atleast 100-150 buses will be off-road, bus stands kali ga vuntayi, congessiom baaga taggipotadi
