If its FTE role in google campus then - google expects three things out a candidate. And phone interview may contain these 3 rounds. 

1) GCA - general cognitivi ability - they ask about one simple Q, like you want to help your frd setting up an online e-commerce/t-shirt company. How would you do? - just go as deep as you can. Ask Qs, collect data, frame multiple solutions, choose ur solution, how you measure your solution etc

2) behaviorial Qs - leadership. Google weighs and expects every employee to be a leader. they ask about 3-5 Qs like tell me about a situation, where you failed etc.

3) technical round - about how do u build an application like snapchat,twitter, youtube etc. what tech you use for frontend, backend, data. Since yours is data related, be prepared to answer on relational vs non-relational, mongodb, etc
