H1B advice needed

Hi All,

Etla unnaru antha, senior citizens advice ivvandi who are familiar with this situation.

I am now with company A with a valid H1B petition till 2020. 
I started looking for a better opportunity and attended interviews and got an offer from a Company B and they initiated H1B transfer process in Premium processing. Now I got an offer from a very large firm they are preparing for H1B-transfer process, as its a big firm its taking time to initiate H1-B transfer.

Q1: Should I ask company B to withdraw their petition as there is very little time left in premium processing 15 days window? 

Q2: I haven't informed company C about Company B transfer petition. 
Both Company B and C are applying based on my current employer (Company A). 
If Company B petition gets approved and I haven't started working for them, can company C still go ahead and file for transfer based on Company A? 

Q3: Is it okay if I never join company B and join the company C so they can revoke the petition, I know it's not ethical but I couldn't do anything about it?

Dont think about ethics, tell B that you got better opportunity and you are considering that offer. And proceed with C.

Hi bro, how r u?

If H1-B transfer's application with company B gets approved and even if you don't start working for them, you have to use that I-797 for your transfer with Company C.

If you want to go with Company C, try to ask Company B to withdraw transfer application.
