why will H1 get approval without I-94?  H1b approval thone I-94 vasthundi. Nuvu work start chesaka isthara anukunnava? if B revoke chesthe inka A H1 undi kada. H1 to H1 is not change of status. F1 to h1 is chage of status. 

H1b approval ayyaka nuvu vallaku aa date nundi work cheyalani em ledu. Naa H1 for my current position start date was mar 1st 2017. Nenu work cheyadam start chesindi 14th. 

You can have multiple H1b applications at the same time. (except for quota). India nundi vache vallu from WHICH companies or others H1 approve avuthune pampisthunnarua. Taruvatha eppudo pampistharu.
