if it through taxpayer money - also mention how much of share AP is getting back from center ? What were the reorg bill saying about capital and its construction

Bro.. I went thru it, looks like very big scam than our Tamil ones. My only question to you is why is he in a hurry to start this in the final year of Office. he is not sure whether he will win 2019 right. I am not asking him to stop the development. But can manage little  development with whatever funds he has right... looks like he is going to feed his men with tis money. Just my thought. I have seen many scams in TN. I am not saying we are sokkam pusas.

Capital City apestham , Capital city lo okka ituka kooda padaledu, Appeal to Greentribunal,  Write to CAG, Write to Center to stop funds. Why bonds with high interest rate, why CapitalCity needs 33K Acres,  where is the development, We want reservations

Well, what the state is getting back from a center or what should have been the state's approach is altogether a different issue.

First and foremost when Hyd is given as a shared capital, CBN should have slowly taken steps to move administration to AP unlike what he did now. Its politics and it is a different ball game.

We are bothered about the bonds here and issue of raising capital from capital markets.

You still did not answer the question. Do you think it's wiser to build secretariat and other public amenities by raising funding from capital markets at hefty interest rates when no other financial institution came forward to lend the money?

what is ROI for secretariat building or children's tot lot area that was built using this expensive money? from where does CRDA gets money? what if the bond value goes down once listed and will govt compensate the losses?

India is a country where cities are developed but not built. Do you understand the difference ?

Its not Dubai where oil brings in the money to build it overnight.

Indian cities are massively populated and de-regulated. You cannot build a colony properly, think of building the cities.

Only Chandigarh was built from nothing, that too as a compromise between the two states and way back in the 70's completely funded by union and that city which was built then was barely 10 city blocks. 

Another city, jamshedpur was completely developed by the tata steel and no other city is built in India and will not be built.

An attempt happened, Lavasa was built but its now facing almost 1000 crores loss.

China bought a lot of municipal bonds in the US.....debt peigipothune undi... US kabatti manage chesthundi as China can't be aggressive on the US at least for now....

but AP atla kadu....
