Dont think NS will fill-up with current rains. Only on1 lakh Cusecs coming to Srisailam now and NS needs about 100 TMCs to fill up.

What? 

 

Water won't flow on roads (meaning with road level), it flows through gravity or you have to lift it. Don't think this idea will work out and a lane of water (12 ft maximum) is not sufficient for anything.
