Indian companies work culture is reflective of the Indian mindset in general, they don't give a flying fuark about employee's well being or their personal life. The attitude is such that anyone that needs a job is a beggar while the one providing it is a slum lord, it's not a surprise that such a mentality clashes with Western values that are more egalitarian in general. 

IT in US has mostly been destroyed esp the lower to midsized companies that outsource have been destroyed by these WITCHes.

These Tata consultancy services ,infosys,cognizant ,wipro folks they do h1 scam and come to USA on h1b .These fellows doesn't hold degree in IT or doesn't hold masters in USA and behave like unprofessionals ,these scammers deserve deportation to India 

trump is doing good by issuing rfes and rejecting h1 extensions to cleanse this scrap

never work for witch companies, you wont grow
