they call all of sudden and conduct interviews and after interview no email contacts worst professionalism

anyone spending even few minutes on call with Indian companies are wasting their time, most unethical and unprofessional buggers untaru..i dont even know how get sleep when they go to bed, they can simply state the truth that the position is filled in a professional manner

i learned my lesson in initial phases of my career, i simply disconnect the call if the requirements are for Infy,. TCS, Wipro, CTS.. i was actually saving my cell phone minutes as well during those days

benefit now is i am not on their list and i never get any calls from those idiots saving me precious time and confidence

the way they conduct interviews and they way they talk directly imply their unprofessional attitude, if you have not seen that yet, it going to show up pretty soon

even if you join their project, they will continue their unprofessional behavior of treating you as second class (client treats contractors as second class, ee badcow galu dantlu manalni second class la choostaaru)

net result is hardworking person will lose his confidence and become worthless, if he spend few more weeks, he may actually landb up american vendor or full time
